Carmel Catholic's 46th Annual Street Scenes Fundraiser February 7 & 8

Carmel Catholic High School will hold its 46th annual fundraiser, Street Scenes, on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 7 and 8, featuring live entertainment including more than 50 bands, casino games, food and drinks. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. both days.

The theme for this year's extravaganza is "Secret Agent 2020."

During the event, guests can go from room to room at the school, enjoying live music, theatrical performances, improv and comedy acts. Musical performances will include country, pop, R&B, rock and more.

Tickets are $30 per person per night and guests must be 21 or older and all proceeds go toward the school. Street Scenes has helped raise more than $10 million dollars since inception in 1974.

Participants are encouraged to use ride sharing service, although limited parking will be available at the school. Off-campus parking will be available at the Mundelein Metra Station and at marked lots on Hawley Street, and in the Ace Hardware lot after the store closes. A free shuttle bus will run from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Carmel Catholic will hold a special Street Scenes student night for Lake and McHenry County

8th graders and Carmel students on Thursday, February 6, 6:30-9:30 p.m., featuring food, games and a student show. Student night admission is $10.
