From theatrical performances to a STEM for Girls Day, the College of Lake County (CLC) presents more than 20 events open to the community in February. Thursday, Feb. 6: "I Have A Dream" presentation, 9:30 -10:30 a.m., 11 a.m-noon, Mainstage Theatre (Room P107). Experience a compelling dramatization of the life and times of acclaimed civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Suitable for Grades 2+.

Friday, Feb. 7: International Film "Long Day's Journey Into Night," 7 p.m., Room C105. In this unrated Chinese drama from 2018, a low-level criminal returns home after years of hiding out, crossing paths with his lost love as well as the new gangsters in her life. Admission is free.
Saturday, Feb. 8: Maker Week Build Day, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Baxter Innovation Lab, Room T121. Individuals, clubs or teams are welcome to use the lab for meeting, brainstorming and fabricating to prepare for the Lake County Maker Week April 18-25. Prior registration is required through CLC's Personal Enrichment Department.
Tuesday, Feb. 11: Lake County Summit on Restorative Justice, 8:30 a.m-4 p.m. Learn how restorative justice practices can help Lake County at this free Summit on Restorative Justice.
