Illinois Brass Band Presents Holiday Classics Family Concerts

The Illinois Brass Band, under the direction of Music Director Stephen Squires, is proud to announce the schedule of upcoming holiday performances.

IBB will kick off the holiday season with their annual Holiday Classics performances on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 2:00 PM. The band will perform in the sanctuary of The First United Methodist Church of Arlington Heights located at 1903 E. Euclid Ave; Arlington Heights, IL. The band will also be returning to the sanctuary of Baker Memorial United Methodist Church, 307 Cedar Avenue, St. Charles, IL on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 5:00 PM. These performances have become an annual holiday tradition for many families.

All performances will consist of Christmas music from around the world, with familiar songs both sacred and secular. Ms. Amy Keipert and Mr. John Hacker, our guest vocalists, will be singing familiar holiday classics and leading the popular sing along. The Illinois Brass Band has commissioned a new sing along of holiday favorites to be premiered at these performances. This new commission is by Mr. Andrew Wainwright, Artistic Advisor to the Illinois Brass Band.
