Get tips on indoor cycling at Nov. 20 club meeting

Members of the Fox Valley Bicycle and Ski Club will be learning about indoor cycling and training on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at The Bike Rack, 2930 Campton Hills Road in St. Charles.

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with light refreshments and social time.

At 7 p.m., Dave Mather of the Performance Center will give a short presentation followed by a tour of the training facility. At 8 p.m., guests will have the opportunity to participate in a free 20-30-minute demo ride; bring your road bike and cycling shoes if you plan to take advantage of the demo ride.

It is open to the public.

On Saturday, Dec. 14, the club will host a holiday party at a member's home.
