DuPage County Open Door event set for Nov. 22

The 2019 DuPage County Open Door Event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Nov. 22, at the DuPage County Fairgrounds, 2015 Manchester Road, Wheaton. Go to Gate S7, Building 3. Admission and parking are free.

Meet with social service agencies across DuPage County to explore many free resources and services available from agencies including: free dental screenings; medical assistance; mental health services; housing and rental assistance; free flu vaccines; substance abuse services; financial assistance; free blood pressure checks; children's services; legal assistance; and veteran services.

There will be food bags provided by Glen Ellyn Food Pantry.

There will be giveaways, goodie bags, and children's books by SCARCE.

This event is coordinated by DuPagePads in partnership with the DuPage County Continuum of Care.
