"I started NorthShore after watching family members struggle to manage their incontinence using traditional over-the-counter retail products," says Greenberg. "It was very confusing to shop for premium adult diapers. With over 80 million adults living with some form of incontinence, I have tried to do my best to become a diaper expert over the years to make sure individuals have the right products for their needs."

Next spring, Greenberg will be moving NorthShore from its current headquarters in Buffalo Grove to a new 173,000 square foot office and warehouse in Green Oaks, Illinois near Libertyville. NorthShore operated out of various Northbrook locations for over a decade before moving to Buffalo Grove in 2013.
