The Kiwanis Club of Lindenhurst/The Lakes recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary as a Club. Throughout the past 25 years, Kiwanis Club of Lindenhurst/The Lakes has been quite active in the community through service projects and fundraisers. The Club has provided nearly $38,000 in scholarships to high school students, started a Key Club at Lakes High School, created a Kiwanis Kommunity Garden and raised $12,750 for the Eliminate Project for the Kiwanis International Foundation. Club members stay active supporting projects for area non-profits every year such as the Park District, Allendale and Hastings Lake YMCA. Our Club is proud to have received the "Distinguished Club" award 8 times.

The Kiwanis Club of Lindenhurst/The Lakes meets twice per month at the Village at Victory Lakes. New members are always welcome.
