The Fox Valley Bicycle and Ski Club meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 9, will feature members sharing their latest trips - including riding in San Francisco, on the Katy Trail in Missouri, around Tucson Arizona, and touring the White Villages of Andalusia, Spain.

They will also explain what it's like to travel with groups from the Bicycle Adventure Club.

The community is welcome to the meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. at Persinger Recreation Center, 3507 Kaneville Road, Geneva. It begins with a brief social time, followed by the program, and club announcements/business at 8 p.m.

The club offers rides for varied distance/speed/locations/days of week. Some rides may include a breakfast, lunch or snack stop or special feature/event.

Riders are expected to have equipment in good-working condition, wear a helmet, no radios or earphones. Nonmembers are welcome, must sign waiver; any rider under 18 must be accompanied by adult.
