IBJI CARES Foundation Accepting Applications for 2020 Partnership

Calling all Chicagoland-based non-profit organizations! IBJI CARES (Compassionate Allied Rehab Enabling Society) Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit affiliate of Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, is seeking a partner charity for the year 2020!

The IBJI CARES Foundation's mission is to empower our employees and patients to promote the benefits of wellness, healthy movement and positive lifestyles with neighbors near and far through fundraising, education, community outreach and service opportunities. Each year, we choose an existing local charity with which to partner, dedicating a year's worth of fundraising efforts and hands-on volunteering to that organization to help them achieve their goals.

The Board of Directors of IBJI CARES will be meeting in October to review all applicants who are interested in this potential partnership in 2020. We hope to raise between $70,000 and $100,000 for our chosen partner during the year 2020 to put to good use in our community. We are looking to be actively involved with the partner group, though hands-on volunteerism by our own staff to benefit the charity partner's mission as it fits in with our own goals and abilities.
