Movie night goes to the dogs in Glen Ellyn

Families and their furry canine friends are invited to the Glen Ellyn Park District's free movie presentation of "A Dog's Way Home."

This recently released film will be shown at 7:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at the Spring Avenue Dog Park, 185 Spring Ave., Glen Ellyn.

"PUPcorn" dog treats will be provided for pets to enjoy.

"A Dog's Way Home" tells the adventure of a puppy named Bella, who travels more than 400 miles to find her owner. Throughout the film, Bella touches the lives and hearts of many different creatures and individuals.

"A Dog's Way Home" is rated PG. Participants are reminded to bring their own blankets and chairs.

All families are welcome, regardless of dog park membership. Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and leashed when the movie begins.
