Riverwalk Café, Paddleboat Quarry and Millennium Carillon open through September

There's still time to savor summer activities at the Riverwalk, including a paddleboat ride, patio refreshments at the Riverwalk Café or a climb to the top of the Millennium Carillon in Moser Tower.

The Naperville Park District will maintain late season hours of operations for each of these facilities.

Beginning the weekend of Aug. 17-18, the Riverwalk Cafe is open on weekends only, through Sept. 29, weather permitting. Operating hours are as follows:

• Saturdays, Aug. 17, 24 and 31: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Sundays, Aug. 18, 25 and Sept. 1: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Monday, Sept. 2 (Labor Day): 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Saturdays and Sundays, Sept. 7-29: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Paddleboat Quarry is open weekdays and weekends through Labor Day, and on weekends only through the end of September. Operating hours are as follows:

• Aug. 15-18 and 24-25: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Aug. 19-23 and 26-29: 3 to 7 p.m.

• Aug. 30: Closed for Last Fling setup

• Aug. 31- Sept. 1: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Sept. 2 (Labor Day): 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Sept. 7-8, 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Millennium Carillon in Moser Tower and Visitor Center is open on weekends for tours through October 27, except that the facility will be closed on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 during Last Fling. Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday hours are noon to 6 p.m.
