Joe Castillo and Erika Villegas of RE/MAX Mi Casa are new owners of Oak Park RE/MAX
Joe Castillo, broker/owner of RE/MAX Mi Casa in Chicago, announced that he and Erika Villegas, Broker Associate at RE/MAX Mi Casa, have secured ownership of RE/MAX In the Village in Oak Park, Ill.
Under the agreement, both offices will retain their original names, and the previous owners will stay on as part of the management team.
Collectively, there are 60 agents between both offices.
RE/MAX In the Village is a top-rated real-estate office in the Oak Park/River Forest area.
Founded in 2000 by Marion Digre and Harry Walsh, the office maintained No. 1 market share for many years. As the new owners, Castillo and Villegas will build on the office's history of success and excellent reputation in the community.

Erika Villegas serves as co-owner of RE/MAX In the Village along with Castillo.
She brings 14 years of real estate experience, serving clients both in Chicago and the suburbs. Villegas is ranked as a Who's Who by Chicago Agent Magazine and as a top producing Latino Agent by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals' (NAHREP) Top 250. She is also part of the Top 1% of Realtors at the Chicago Association of Realtors and serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Association of Realtors.
