Library Invites Teens to "Stranger Things" Escape Room
Teens ages 12-19 can use clues to solve puzzles in the "Stranger Things Escape Room" from 3-5 p.m., Friday, June 28 in the Rasmussen North Room of the Schaumburg Township Library, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg. Decorated to resemble the "Stranger Things" house, the Rasmussen Room will contain puzzles that must be solved "before you get trapped in the Upside Down with the Demogorgon," according to the library's program description.
Teens are also invited to sign up for the Summer Challenge; a summer-long program in which they can participate by reading and completing activities to earn badges. Participants will earn their first badge just for registering, and will have a chance to win a prize after earning five badges. Registration takes place on the library's website, at the Teen Desk in the Central Library in Schaumburg, or at the Hoffman Estates or Hanover Park branches.
For more information on teen programs or the Summer Challenge, see the library's website at www.SchaumburgLibrary.org.
