Alzheimer's Association, Chicago White Sox team up for Major League Memories at Evergreen Senior Living June 28 with Bill Melton

The Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter and the Chicago White Sox are teaming up for Major League Memories, an Alzheimer's Association engagement opportunity for people living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia designed to connect those in the community with Major League Baseball teams through the joy of shared baseball nostalgia.

On June 28, the Chicago White Sox will work with their alumni player and current sports commentator Bill Melton to visit Evergreen Senior Living, 10820 183rd St. in Orland Park, from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Melton will lead the program that will involve elements such as singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame", reviewing baseball memorabilia, and listening to clips and stories about their favorite games and other memories.
