Women of all ages come together for a health and wellness expo in Naperville

Women of all ages came together to be a part of a health and wellness expo, titled, "Happy & Healthy," at Chicago Marriott in Naperville. The expo was held on Sunday, June 2 and organized by Induo Events, an event company based in Westchester, Ill.

Induo Events has been creating experiences that are valuable and memorable to women in the greater Chicago area for over three years. They have been very successful in producing eight annual events that meet the needs of their target audience, women between the ages of 30-50. Their women-centered events are focused around the topics of health, wellness, beauty and family. "Happy & Healthy" is one of Induo's eight events that they organize and host annually.

The expo, which is in its third year, drew more than 200 women from all different suburbs of Chicago. The free event consisted of interactive classes, such as yoga, salsa, jazzercise, merengue, among others. The expo guests also had the opportunity to shop unique items from vendors focusing on health and wellness, such as, Makeup by Estee Lauder, Calla Lily Salon & Spa, Jazzercise Naperville, Advanced Sports Therapy, among others.

"We have always wanted to bring women of all ages and walks of life to come together and have fun," said Ina Jones, co-founder at Induo Events. "Our events are focused around the needs of women and they are created by women. We want to provide women a unique platform to access diverse vendors and their products. If expo attendees were able to relax, let their hair down, and have fun at one of our events, we know we did our job right."

"This is my first event with Induo, which means to plan in Latin, and so far, I'm enjoying visiting all of the vendors related to health and wellness, taking personal classes, and meeting all of the entrepreneurs at this event," said Tiffany Carter, an attendee at the event." "I really believe that it's good for women to get out and see what resources we have to take care of ourselves, both mentally and physically. I've enjoyed this Induo event and I look forward to more."
