Sea Lion Swim team, based at Sea Lion Aquatic Park, 1825 Short St. in Lisle, is currently taking registrations for the 2019 season. They compete in the West Suburban Conference with teams from Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale, Lemont, Wheaton, Clarendon Hills, and Western Springs.

Last year, the Sea Lions placed third at the "A" Conference Meet in the West Suburban Swim Conference.

Participants are evaluated individually and divided into "A" and "B" divisions based on skill level, and while the completion of several swim lesson courses is suggested, it is not required as long as the minimum swim team requirements, listed on the website, are met.

Participants will swim in their appropriate age group based on their age as of June 1, 8 and younger, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18.

The season runs from June 3 through July 20, with daily practice each week. Practice times are by age group and are listed online. There will be meets throughout the season, each located at a different pool within the West Suburban Conference, ending with conference meets for each division.

The complete swim meet schedule can be found at lisleparkdistrict.org/sealionaquaticpark.
