Michael and Angela Ingersoll to perform 'Songs You Know By Heart' at ECC Arts Center May 4

On Saturday, May 4, husband and wife musical sensations and PBS stars Michael and Angela Ingersoll will share the spotlight during "Happy Together: Michael and Angela Ingersoll Sing Songs You Know By Heart" at the ECC Arts Center. The performance begins at 7 p.m. in Building H on the Elgin Community College campus, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin.

Backed by an exceptional band, the Ingersolls will treat the audience to a heartwarming and hilarious evening of oldies but goodies. The performance is presented by Artists Lounge Live.

Michael Ingersoll is the beloved former star of "Jersey Boys" (original cast San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago) and the PBS retro-rock group Under the Streetlamp.

Angela Ingersoll is an Emmy-nominated actress nationally renowned for her astonishing portrayals of Judy Garland ("End of the Rainbow," "Get Happy" on PBS). Together, the Ingersolls' chemistry is irresistible. Enjoy plenty of shenanigans and unforgettable songs by artists such as The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Diana Ross, James Taylor, and Judy Garland during this evening of pop hits.

The Ingersolls are the co-creators of Artists Lounge Live, a dynamic concert series featuring popular music of yesterday performed by tremendous talents of today.
