Library to Feature Photographer James Bowey

James Bowey, photographer of the exhibit "When Home Won't Let You Stay," showcased at the Schaumburg Library, will speak from 7-8:30 p.m., Thursday, April 25 in Workshop on the first floor of the library, 130 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg.

Bowey will share his experiences related to his nationwide travels to interview and photograph refugees. View the exhibit beforehand, and get a chance to speak with the photographer one-on-one. He will be available before the start of the program starting at 6 p.m.

The exhibit is located on the library's second floor and features portraits of refugees in America, along with their first-person stories of violence and loss, as well as perseverance and hope.
