As a young woman she excelled at gospel music, but as she grew older, she also became immersed in North Carolina's roots scene. Her musical style draws upon both-the energy of the blues and rock she connected with in local clubs and the intense praise dancing and gospel shouting she experienced at church. This high-energy show will knock your socks off AND sooth your soul!
