Season begins March 21 at Prairie Landing Golf Club in West Chicago

A new season of fun, challenging and exciting golf begins Thursday, March 21, at Prairie Landing Golf Club in West Chicago. One of Chicagoland's premier golfing destinations, Golf Advisor recently ranked Prairie Landing as the No. 2 public course in Illinois.

Prairie Landing Golf Club, also rated 4.5 stars out of 5 by Golf Digest, will once again feature its $10,000 hole-in-one competition on the Par 3 6th Hole. Additionally, this will be the first full golf season with the new YamaTrack golf cars, which feature GPS to protect eco-sensitive areas on the course and innovative technology that enhances and personalizes the golfing experience.

"We're honored to be the No. 2 public course in the state and incredibly excited to begin our 24th season here in West Chicago," said JR Starnes, Golf Operations Manager at PLGC. "Prairie Landing is a challenging, rewarding and exciting prairie links-style course for experienced golfers and beginners alike."
