Over 60 entrepeneurs attend ITServe Chicago Chapter meeting

The ambience was set for an information-rich evening at the Masala restaurant in Warrenville as IT Serve Alliance assembled for their monthly meetup on March 13.

Members attended in large numbers to mingle with familiar faces after a month. The meeting provided owners and executives with strategies and solutions that address the needs of IT solution and services industry.

ITServe Alliance is the largest association of IT services, staffing, and consulting organizations. The main purpose of ITServe alliance is to create local and international opportunities for member organizations to excel in IT innovation, promote growth opportunities, and to involve with leading IT communities. ITServe also fully recognize that it is also the hard work and dedication of employees that has made it possible for our members to establish, maintain and grow successful IT consulting firms. Over the last six years, ITServe has worked to bring to light some of the issues consulting firms and their employees face in navigating the current business immigration system.

The event was a reflection of their goals as the secretary of ITServe Chicago Chapter welcomed the gathering and introduced the speakers and guests.

More than 60 ITServe entrepreneurs participated in the meeting. The ITServe companies presented their line of services and innovative products that improve efficiency.

The meeting was highlighted on "Employee and Employer are Two Sides of the Same American Coin" and pertaining to it were the conversations on the importance of legal high-skilled immigrant involvement in innovation and growth of U.S. economy.

The chief guests of the evening were Jonathan Wasden, litigation director, and Bradley Banias, attorney at law.

Discussions were about challenges faced by high-skilled legal immigrants (employees and employers), immigration denials, and appealing cases in federal court under the Administrative Procedure Act.

After the presentation by the chief guests, there was a Q&A session in which the guests participated enthusiastically.

The meeting ended with a delicious dinner and chance of networking among the peers.
