Northwestern Mutual-Chicago Promotes Sydney Roti to Senior Campus Recruiter

Northwestern Mutual - Chicago, a leading financial planning firm with offices in downtown Chicago, Deerfield, Oak Brook and Rosemont, has promoted Sydney Roti to Senior Campus Recruiter.

"Sydney has proven a passion for and commitment towards recruiting for our college program and has been instrumental in the overall culture of our training and events for the interns," said Jeannie Andresen, Director of Internship Development. "In her new role, Sydney will take a more active role in developing the firm's campus recruiting strategy and increase brand awareness of our industry-leading financial planning internship and Career Development programs."

Northwestern Mutual-Chicago has two programs for young professionals to explore the career of a financial representative. The Top 10 internship program is designed for junior and senior college students to learn about themselves, the world of business and the profound impact of helping young individuals plan for their financial security. It also allows students to expand their professional network and develop lifelong skills.

Northwestern Mutual-Chicago's Career Development Program is designed for recent graduates that enable young professionals to grow their skills, gain knowledge and expertise to serve as the foundation of a career as a financial representative through extensive training, coaching and mentoring.

Roti joined Northwestern Mutual - Chicago as a Campus Recruiting Intern in 2014. She was named Internship Coordinator in 2015. Upon graduation from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016, she joined the team full time as a Campus Recruiter.

A Tinley Park native,she supports Northwestern Mutual - Chicago's childhood cancer philanthropic initiative raising funds for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
