Do you need help keeping your children entertained on days off from school?

The Dundee Township Park District offers "School's Out Club" for kids in kindergarten to fifth grade.

 

The next dates will be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, March 25, to Friday, March 29, at the Rakow Center, 665 Barrington Ave. in Carpentersville.

There will be field trips, arts and crafts, games, movies, snacks and swimming.

On March 25, it will be Xtreme Wheels, followed by Midwest Elite Gymnastics on March 26; canvas painting (in-house) on March 27; Poplar Creek Bowl on March 28; and a movie at Cinema 12 on March 29.

The park district will provide two snacks/beverages; send your child with a lunch, swimsuit, and towel.

Cost for residents is $44 each day or $64 for nonresidents. Enroll by one week before each date to get a $5 discount.

Daily fee includes a ticket, transportation fees for all trips, and snacks. Arrive at the School's Out Club no later than 9 a.m. for scheduling purposes. Recommended pickup is after 3 p.m.

Refunds for cancellations will only be issued after all expenses have been covered. No refunds will be given when cancellations are made the day of attendance.
