Indian Prairie Parents' Council and League of Women Voters of Naperville to host candidate forum March 11
On Monday, March 11, the Indian Prairie Parents' Council and League of Women Voters of Naperville will host a candidate forum for Indian Prairie Unit District 204 school board candidates at 7 p.m. at the Crouse Education Center, 780 Shoreline Drive in Aurora.
The goals are to provide voters with the opportunity to ask questions in a moderated, unbiased format and to provide the candidates the opportunity to share their qualifications and aspirations for District 204.
In addition, there will be a voter guide with candidate profiles and candidate responses to additional questions published on the Indian Prairie Parents' Council website and as part of the League of Women Voters voter guide covering all contested races in this election at www.VOTE411.org.
Limited printed copies will be available at the forum on March 11.
The League of Women Voters is nonpartisan; they do not support or oppose candidates for public office.
All League forums use trained moderators who are from outside of the district.
