Lazy Dog Restaurant and Bar - Grand Opening / Ribbon Cutting

Some 50+ Green Oaks, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills (GLMV) Chamber of Commerce, Village of Vernon Hills representatives and guests gathered January 9 to celebrate the Grand Opening of Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. Lazy Dog, which boasts a pet friendly patio, has opened its first Illinois location in the new Mellody Farms shopping center, Vernon Hills. A Ribbon Cutting ceremony kicked off the festivities.

GLMV President Scott Adams and Mark Fleischhauer, Village of Vernon Hills, welcomed Lazy Dog to the community. "We are thrilled to celebrate the Lazy Dog grand opening and welcome them to the Chamber as a Platinum Member," noted Adams.

Following the Ribbon Cutting, all were treated to delicious spread of

creatively-styled appetizers and beverage, while networking and connecting with the Lazy Dog team. Adams noted that Lazy Dog, which features seasonally inspired American food and drinks, has quickly become a popular eatery, with crowds continually pouring in to enjoy a nice meal.
