Earn rewards during Batavia's Winter Library Club from Jan. 12 to Feb. 28

Winter is going to be fun at Batavia Public Library - in fact, we think you're going to love it!

The Winter Library Club 2019 begins Saturday, Jan. 12, and runs through Thursday, Feb. 28.

The Winter Library Club is a reading club for teens and adults and both a reading and activity program for families (at least one adult and one child).

Families can register and receive an "I LOVE Batavia Public Library" activity log at the Youth Services Desk beginning Jan. 12.

After completing each level (four in all) on the log, families return it to the Youth Services Desk to receive a small reward and be entered in a drawing for Morton Arboretum or Shedd Aquarium passes, a Funway bowling package, a Batavia-opoly game and more!

Families participating in Winter Library Club must be Batavia Public Library cardholders or have children attending a Batavia school.

Adults and high school students are invited to participate in the Winter Reading Club by reading or listening to three books.

When they return a completed reading log to the Reference Desk, they will earn a small reward and will be entered in a drawing for prizes at the end of Winter Reading Club. Reading logs will be available at the Reference Desk beginning Jan. 12.

The final day to hand in a log and collect a reward is 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28.
