Liberty Liberal Arts Academy concert raises money for church's bell renovation fund

On Wednesday, Dec. 19, Liberty Liberal Arts Academy's "Go Tell It A Cappella" teen choir, directed by Tara Yen, presented a wonderful Christmas concert in the sanctuary of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Bartlett.

The free-will offering of over $350 was donated to the church's Bell Renovation Fund.

Liberty Liberal Arts Academy is a private Christian hybrid school that meets at the church one day a week during the school year.

Auditions for the spring choir will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 9.

You do not need to be a Liberty student to join the choir, which meets every Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m. during the school year.

For information on the school or choir, call Ann McNeill at (630) 272-9021 or go to their website at www.libertyliberalartsacademy.com.
