Judson commencement to feature anti-bullying speaker Dec. 8

Judson University will welcome international speaker Bob Lenz as the keynote speaker during Fall Commencement exercises at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Herrick Chapel, 1151 N. State St., Elgin.

Lenz is a much-sought-after international speaker and founder of Life Promotions, which is based in Neenah, Wis., whose mission passionately instills hope to parents and youth across the nation.

An evangelist at heart, Lenz speaks to 500,000 young people a year in schools, churches, and festivals, and runs the top summer Christian music festival in the country, Lifest.

A husband, father, grandfather and raving Green Bay Packers fan, Lenz is also an author and the prime motivator of "The Dignity Revolution," an anti-bullying movement embraced by schools across the country. His "Dignity Revolution" book has been distributed to 30,000 high schools nationwide.

He will receive the Honorary Doctor of Humanities during Judson's 10 a.m. commencement ceremony this year.
