Donate to 'Fill a Ford' toy drive through Dec. 10

Now through Dec. 10, Friendly Ford, 333 E. Irving Park Road in Roselle, will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for children in need throughout DuPage County.

With your support and participation, they hope to be able to "Fill a Ford" with toys, helping to make this holiday season a little brighter for all.

Friendly Ford will match all toy donations, toy for toy, collected through this initiative.

Sharing Connections is a local nonprofit dedicated to providing household furniture and essentials to families in need throughout DuPage County. It's annual 2018 DuPage Toy Program expects to provide up to two toys to over 1,500 children from nearly 800 households this year.

One hundred percent of families served by this program are at or below the poverty level.

Sharing connections' wish list includes items for young children (age 1-10) as well as pre-teens (11-12), such as dolls, stuffed animals, educational toys, books, and gift cards. The full wish list can be found at www.sharingconnections.org.

Donations will be accepted in the showroom during business hours. Friendly Ford is proud to be partnering with this local organization to bring holiday cheer to families across DuPage County.
