When we first met Mary Z., she was a single mom, about to lose her steady job of 17 years. She was clueless about what to do next, let alone how to do it. The world of work and job hunting had changed. Together, our coaching team helped Mary to navigate the changes. She found success. Mary said, "Without you I would still be sitting in a dark basement binge-watching Netflix!"

Marcela moved, legally, from a central American country with her husband and two teenage children in search of better opportunities. Because her English was the strongest, Marcela was up first to figure out what she really wanted to do now that she was here. Through our proprietary First Things First program, she discovered strengths and opportunities she never realized existed. Marcela said, "It was eye-opening for me."
