Palatine Park District Hosts Annual Halloween Party on Oct. 27

Families with children ages 1-10 are invited to Palatine Park District's annual Halloween Party on Saturday, October 27 from 9:30 to 12:00pm at Community Center, 250 E. Wood Street, Palatine. The costumed event includes carnival games and prizes, creative craft rooms, a jack-o-lantern gym, ghoulish goodies, a glow dance party, and more. Entertainment will feature a puppet show provided by Palatine Public Library, and a demonstration by JG's Reptile Road Show at 10:00am to exhibit a variety of reptiles.

Registration is $7.00 per child. Adults are required to register for the event as well for $1.00 each. An adult must remain with and supervise all children throughout the party. Registration can be completed in advance at the Birchwood Recreation Center, Community Center, or Falcon Park Recreation Center, or online at palatineparks.org using code 440090-01 for children and 440090-02 for adults. Pre-event online registration is available until 11:59pm on Friday, October 26. On the day of the event, registration will only be available at Community Center beginning at 8:30am.

Help us with our book drive! While attending our Halloween Party, bring a new or gently used book for ages birth to 6th grade to receive a special thank you item at the door. All books will be delivered to Bernie's Book Bank.
