Clinic holds 18th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk in Woodstock 10.21.18

The 18th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, October 21st at Woodstock North High School in Woodstock, IL. The event is held to raise awareness and funds for the breast fund at Family Health Partnership Clinic, a 501c3 nonprofit that provides primary medical care to uninsured and underinsured people. The breast fund is available to those who are in need of breast cancer screenings, education, and preventative care, and who otherwise could not afford them.

The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is a timed event and is on a flat, paved route, and runners are in front of the participants at the start. Runners and walkers are encouraged to participate.

Registration is online at www.hpclinic.org, click the Care logo, until October 17th and is $30.00, late registration is on October 20th at Family Health Partnership Clinic, 401 E. Congress Parkway, Crystal Lake, IL or onsite race day on October 21st. Late registration is $40.00.
