Artist Reception for Sue Ciccone at Prospect Heights Library

Join us on Tuesday, September 11 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm to celebrate the works of art in our lobby and display case in September created by Artist Susan Ciccone. Her exhibit entitled "Surrounded by Nature's Beauty will be on display in the library's lobby through September.

As a Chicago area native and retired corporate executive assistant, Susan Ciccone is an artist who has produced several forms of creative artwork which include fabric art, acrylics, Sumi (an oriental wash painting, typically using ink) and oil painting. She has a love and appreciation for nature which is conveyed through much of her work by emphasizing the colors and form offering the viewer a moment of tranquil escape from the present.

The Prospect Height Public library is located at 12 North Elm Street. Light refreshments will be served. No registration needed, just drop in. For more information contact the Library at 847-259-3500.
