The group, formed in 2016, brings together young singers from all over the Fox Valley to make beautiful music, form lasting friendships, and start a lifelong love of singing. The chorus performs several times a year alongside the Elgin Master Chorale, and also goes out into Elgin neighborhoods and beyond, teaching its young singers the value and joy of serving your community through song.

Participating in EMC Children's Chorus will help your child grow as a musician and as a person, teaching work ethic and confidence alongside musical techniques. Our motto Sing. Perform. Friends really helps to envision what your child will get out of joining the chorus. Participating will help your child grow as a musician and more importantly as a person.

Rehearsals are 5:30 to 7 p.m. Mondays at Elgin Community College. For information, visit emcchildrenschorus.org/join-us/ or call (847) 214-7225.
