Fox River Valley Public Library District seeks library trustee

There will be a vacancy on the Fox River Valley Public Library District's Board of Trustees effective Aug. 1.

This position will be filled by way of nomination of a candidate by the board president, subject to the approval of the full board.

The successful candidate must reside within the library district, be willing to finish out current term of office ending in May 2019, and be willing to run for the trustee position in the April 2019 consolidated election.

Term of office for a trustee is four years. Trustees serve without compensation.
