The Pottawatomie Garden Club, celebrating its 90th year, will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 25, at Baker Memorial United Methodist Church, 303 Cedar Ave. in downtown St. Charles.

The 2018 Pottawatomie Garden Club scholarship recipients will be introduced to club members followed by a workshop on "Nature Printing."

This workshop will allow each member to express their creativity by creating note cards and envelopes decorated with imprints of natural materials. Jo-Ann Stores will provide leaves, twigs, vines, blossoms, etc., as well as colored note paper, envelopes and paint supplies while demonstrating the process.

The cost of the workshop is $5, cash. Members are welcome to bring any of their own fresh plant materials. No flowers please.
