Simplify your Mother's Day shopping with personal training and massage specials

Make Mom's day, or your own, special with Schaumburg Park District's personal training and massage sessions and packages.

Between May 1 and May 13, receive 20 percent off massage individual sessions and packages and 15 percent off personal training individual sessions and packages.

"Treat yourself or surprise a loved one with this great gift," said Lori Skoniecke, Community Recreation Center building coordinator. "Massages are ideal for relaxation, reducing stress and easing muscle pain and our personal training sessions are an excellent way to get on a healthy track in time for summer."

Massages are done by certified therapists and may be purchased as an individual massage or as a package. The 20 percent off promotion will be applied to the below regular pricing options:

• 30 minutes-$45 for members, $57 for non-members

• 45 minutes-$51 for members, $63 for non -members

• 60 minutes-$57 for members, $69 for non-members

• 90 minutes-$85 for members, $102 for non-members

• Package of three one-hour sessions-$156 for members, $197 for non-members

• Package of five one-hour sessions-$250 for members, $318 for non-members

• Package of seven one-hour sessions-$333 for members, $430 for non-members.

Personal training sessions are led by certified trainers. The 15 percent off promotion will be applied to the below regular pricing options:

• Individual one-hour private session-$57 for members, $67 for non-members

• Five one-hour sessions-$268 for members, $325 for non-members

• 10 one hour sessions-$505 for members, $615 for non-members

Group rates for personal training also are available. Packages for personal training and massage may be purchased at the CRC, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.
