Hanover Park to hold Community Fair April 21

The village of Hanover Park and Kids at Hope are organizing a Hanover Park Community Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at the Hanover Park Park District, 1919 Walnut Ave.

The fair is an opportunity to learn about the programs and resources available in the community.

Free activities for the entire family include a treasure hunt for kids, games, face painting, raffle prizes and a Special Mayor's Prize for the school with the most attendees.

There will be performances by Faubourg Theatre, the Spring Wood Middle School Choir and Tafft Middle School's Orchestra and Mariachi.

Raffle tickets can be earned by donations to the Hanover Township Food Pantry.

Bus transportation is available from four area schools.
