Community Ed Travel presents March 28 Travel Talks!
Finalize your 2018 travel plans at Community Education Travel's (CET) Travel Talks! on Wednesday, March 28, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Forest View Educational Center, 2121 S. Goebbert Road in Arlington Heights.
Exciting new Day Trips scheduled for July - December 2018 will be announced that day. These include Fields of Dreams! Cubs & White Sox Ballpark Tours on July 10, Treasures of the Halim Time & Glass Museum on July 25, WI Streetcars and Supper Club on August 9, Bob Chinn's and Wandering Tree Estate on September 12, Secrets of the Mummies on October 31, Illuminations & White Fence Farm on November 27, Lawry's, Christmas Around the World and Christkindlmarket on December 4, and more.
Several breakout sessions will start at 1:15 p.m. with the Columbia River Cruise, San Francisco, Autumn in Adirondacks and Tournament of Roses Parade; find out more about CET's Day Trips at 2 p.m.; enjoy the presentation on Israel and the Holland River Cruise at 2:45 p.m.; and learn about the Northern Lights of Finland and Peru with Machu Picchu at 3:30 p.m.
CET staff, volunteers and travel partners will be around to answer questions on all upcoming tours, Day Trips, motorcoach tours and extended air packages. Informational materials will be available.
