Two Person Art Exhibit at Frisbie Senior Center in March

The artwork of two members of the Des Plaines Art Guild, Mary Olson and Linda Nye, will be on exhibit at the Frisbie Senior Center, 52 E. Northwest Highway in Des Plaines, during the month of March.

Mary Olson is a self-taught artist, who enjoys painting with watercolors and creates landscapes, animal portraits and floral paintings. Linda also works in watercolor, along with colored pencil and acrylics. Her choice of subject matter leans towards wildlife. She recently finished a triptych painting of an eagle in watercolor.

The Frisbie Senior Center is open the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 8:30 am-8:00 pm; every Thursday from 8:30 am-8:00 pm; and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 8:30 am-4:00 pm.
