Winter Wonderland Set for Jan. 23

Parents of children in the Early Childhood and Woodland Early Learning Experience programs have an opportunity on January 23 to not only learn how they can help their children and connect with staff, but also have fun with their children through an Olympic Games theme.

Called Winter Wonderland, the program offers two times - 10 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 3 p.m. for the event that starts with a parent education session of meaningful conversations related to encouraging independence followed by winter-simulated activities in the gym at the Woodland Primary School, 17366 W. Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. Students, with the support of staff and parents, will also complete winter-related crafts/activities in the classroom.
