Kerry Lavelle and Kristina Buchthal Regal of Schaumburg-based Lavelle Law Ltd. will be featured speakers at two upcoming Schaumburg Business Association (SBA) events. Lavelle will be discussing the value of incorporating a community service component into your business plan at February's Coffee and Contacts, while Ms. Regal is slated to address sexual harassment in the workplace at the Women in Business Luncheon.
Regal, a family law attorney at Lavelle Law, is committed to preventing abuse and helping survivors understand the legal process. At the Women in Business Luncheon on February 28th at Maggiano's Little Italy in Schaumburg, she will discuss the ways to protect individuals and companies from sexual harassment in the workplace - a hot topic in today's social climate. Regal serves as a volunteer attorney for Between Friends, a court advocacy program for victims of domestic violence.
