The Streamwood Park District has a long-standing commitment to provide high quality recreation facilities, programs, parks, and services to the community.
Our initial step in engaging the community in a creative and comprehensive public participation process, is the launch of a Community Interest and Opinion Survey. The purpose of the survey is to learn how users feel about the various services, facilities, parks, and programs provided, needs and importance, and what you'd like the District to provide in the near future.
The Park District is asking you to help shape the priorities by participating in the 10 to 15-minute survey that is one way to voice your opinion. Household selection is random, so please watch your mail.
