Experience Living Nativity in Elk Grove Dec. 9

On Saturday, Dec. 9, the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit will present two live performances of the Living Nativity at 4 and 5:30 p.m.

A cast and supporting staff, including actors, musicians, choir and manger animals, will help you understand what the first Christmas was like. Watch while Mary and Joseph journey to Bethlehem as you hear a narration of the Christmas story.

This year, the church is offering the traditional outdoor spectator area and have added a shelter area for your comfort. The church, 150 Lions Drive, Elk Grove Village, is next to Elk Grove High School, off Arlington Heights Road.

Just as in the past 13 years, animals from the stable will be on hand to meet and greet the children.

Handicapped parking and seating will be available. Admission is free. For information, call (847) 437-5897.
