Ghouls just want to have fun at Boo-2U Fest
Come as you aren't and celebrate the Halloween season at Schaumburg Park District's Boo-2U Fest.
Open to children ages 8 to 11, the fest is 7 to 9 p.m., Oct. 28, at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road. Participants are invited to dress in costume and enjoy a DJ, games, music and crafts. Concessions will be available for purchase.
"Boo-2U offers fun activities just for this age group," said Kathleen Benson, Bock Neighborhood Center manager and general program supervisor.
Cost is $10 per person. Registration is required. Participants must be signed in-and-out by an adult 18 years or older.
