Cubs | Cubs' off-season plans focused on free agent Bellinger

Cubs president of baseball operations Jed Hoyer gave his farewell address Tuesday, saying the team's 2023 campaign was not a success since it fell short of the playoffs. Now the Cubs have extra time to plan for off-season moves, which will be centered around free-agent Cody Bellinger.
