Windy City Bulls announce roster, set to being practice

The Windy City Bulls revealed their training camp roster on Monday. It includes mostly players that were expected to be there.

Windy City has the two-way players, Devon Dotson and Tyler Cook, and the Bulls have sent rookie big man Marko Simonovic to join practice on assignment. The lone returning player is guard Perrion Callandret, Zach LaVine's longtime friend from Seattle, who played in college at Idaho.

Windy City has four affiliate players, guys who were released by the Bulls in training camp - Ethan Thompson, Daniel Oturu, Troy Baxter Jr., and Bryce Alford. The Bulls quietly signed and waived Alford late in camp.

The team's three draft picks are on the list: Former NU swingman Scottie Lindsey, forward Tim Bond and guard Kerwin Roach. There are also three players from the local tryout: center Elijah Thomas, forward Jordan Tucker and forward Ty Outlaw. Both Thomas and Tucker were top-100 high school recruits who transferred during college and were not drafted in the NBA.

Coached by Naperville native Henry Domercant, Windy City's first practice is slated for Tuesday, the first game is at Fort Wayne on Nov. 6 and the return to NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates in set for Nov. 17 against the Motor City Cruise.
