Girls volleyball: Crystal Lake South tips Dundee-Crown in 3

CL South d. Dundee-Crown 25-22, 23-25, 25-21: After a grueling 3-game match in Fox Valley Conference action, it was the Gators (3-3, 3-3) who had just enough to finish on top.

Jenna Rhoades had a game-high 33 assists and 13 digs for CL South, Jessica Proszenyak had a game-high 18 kills, Samantha Wesoly finished with 13 kills, McKenzie Wilson added 11 kills, and Megan Langdon led the defense with 4 blocks.

For Dundee-Crown (0-6, 0-6), Makena Wesol had 12 kills, Jenna Brown had 27 assists and 4 aces, and Mia Seton totaled 13 digs.

Naperville North d. Batavia 25-10, 25-19: The Bulldogs (5-9) battled hard, but were unable to stop the tough offense and serving of Naperville North. Olivia Vani led Batavia with 7 digs and 4 kills, while Alexis Whelpley and Amanda Otten each added 4 kills. Kassy Diaz finished with 7 digs for the Bulldogs.
