Softball: Stevenson routs Lake Forest
Stevenson 20, Lake Forest 1: Emily Freedman (2 RBI) and Maggie Trotter (3 RBI) hit home runs, and the Patriots won the North Suburban Conference game in four innings.
Mara Lippman (4 RBI) and Elle Ruchim (3 runs, 2 RBI) both went 2-for-3 for Stevenson (4-3, 2-1). Miyah Brooks and Maggie O'Brien had triples, and winning pitcher Taylor Edelheit struck out five and allowed 1 hit in 4 innings.
