Coach Ron Long: "We always strive to make each bowler better. We have goals of winning the Central Suburban (League), placing high in regionals and sectionals, and making it as a team to state. Once there, we will do our best to try to win the state championship. We are very blessed to have some great athletes on this team, and I expect great things from them. With the help of (assistants) Bill Spigner, Bill Munro and new coach Craig Frankel, I believe we can accomplish our goals."

NORTH SUBURBAN CONFERENCE

Coach Rob Sweno: "We're looking to build off last year's success and make that next step to qualify for state. With the introduction of the North Suburban Conference for boys bowling we're striving to be the first conference champion. We have a strong upper class with several returners having varsity experience. The boys have put in a lot of time in the offseason with lessons, leagues and tournaments."

Coach Chuck Vozas: "The expectations and goals for the season are set pretty high. This year's roster has set a goal of being North Suburban Conference champions as well as breaking the top 5 in state or higher."

Coach Chris Sweno: "We're focused on growing as a team and having a good time (in our first year as a program). Our veteran bowlers need to produce games north of 200, and our newer bowlers need to focus on consistently hitting their marks and making spares."

Coach Cody Mathias: "We're looking to improve our entire game, which includes our leadership, our mental game and our physical game. We're also searching for our identity this season after losing our senior Lucas Pinkus, who finished fifth in state and was the leader and mentor for our young team. Once we find out who we are as a team then things will click and we could be a team that everyone overlooks."

Coach Bryan Dovichi: "Our team has some veteran leadership and a lot of new bowlers. They have the potential to do wonderful things this year, but we need to continue getting better every day. Complacency cannot be an option. The boys are having a lot of fun this year, and team chemistry is at an all-time high."

Coach Greg Geiger: "Our goal is always to qualify the team for the sectionals. We still don't have a conference set up to compete for, so we have a goal of qualifying the team for the sectionals."
